Terms of service
Effective October 19, 2026. These terms are a production-oriented draft and must be reviewed with the operator’s final legal identity, jurisdiction, and launch practices before going live.
Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity under your account. Automated collection, manipulation, scraping that disrupts the service, and attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant CheatsReviews a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, format, moderate, and display it for operating and improving the service. You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it follows the review guidelines.
Moderation
We may investigate, label, restrict, request changes to, or remove content when reasonably necessary to apply policy, protect users, comply with law, or preserve platform integrity. Reports do not guarantee removal. Material moderation actions should be appealable and auditable.
Company accounts
Profile ownership permits eligible information updates and public replies. It does not confer ownership over customer reviews, permission to edit reviews, access to private evidence outside an authorized process, or the right to remove legitimate criticism.
No endorsement or guarantee
Reviews and ratings are user and platform information, not professional advice, warranties, or endorsements. Software can carry technical, financial, account, and legal risks. Evaluate products independently before installation or purchase.
Availability and liability
The service may change or experience interruption. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Final liability limitations require review for the operator’s launch jurisdiction.
